The role:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving and supporting global marketing activity for Australia's leading educational video company, in order to support customer acquisition and retention. We're looking for someone who can coordinate multi-channel campaigns in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, along with coordinating events to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive usage with current customers.

You will work toward building a comprehensive understanding of our target audience - key decision-makers in schools - and assist in writing copy to appeal to this persona.

The successful candidate will lead the marketing automation at ClickView, along with coordinating our social media marketing. You will increase engagement through social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement and manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social, events and, in some cases, print.
  • Lead our social channels and enhance engagement through drafting brand-consistent social media copy.
  • Build and share reports and detailed analysis on industry and social media results and trends.
  • Build assets for email marketing, presentations and brochures that aid customer onboarding, re-engagement and nurturing.
  • Provide monthly analytics of all company platforms and SEO reporting.
  • Monitor and conduct quality controls of website content, digital campaigns and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with various teams to update website landing pages and post company updates.
  • Management of the ClickView blog, along with creating and reviewing articles.
  • Coordinate events by owning the event calendar, event planning and logistics. This includes working with external event organisers and internal teams.
  • Drive operational marketing activities, including, security updates, content updates etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years full-time digital marketing, social media, public relations, communications or related experience required.
  • A data-driven mindset with knowledge of Google analytics and ability to create comprehensive reports
  • Experience creating and executing email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Previous hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation, preferably Salesforce
  • Understanding or experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and paid advertising is desirable
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once and deliver
  • Acute attention to detail and well-organised
