As our Professional Services Manager, that’s not quite the brief, but it’s not far off. Instead of packages, you’ll deliver customer experiences. Ones that make customers around the world feel good about using our BI software. In your role, you’ll help our customers transition to BI software with an ease and confidence that feels enjoyable.
Use your technical knowhow to lead and guide a team of technical consultants in implementing our products with our customers’ data sources. You are a people centric leader, with great business acumen and a track record of delivering change and growth.
What you’ll need to blow our customers away:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Experience within a similar role and fast paced environment, managing multiple programs/projects or service delivery
- Demonstrable success in leading a team (10+) training, delegation, development
- Strong technical aptitude including thorough working knowledge and application of SQL, C#, VB.Net.
- Strong understanding of integrations and API's
- Knowledge of Agile delivery model
- Project Management certification and SQL certification
- Running the commercial function of the team
- Managing the team’s resources efficiently and profitably
- Working with the sales team to make sure we can fulfil and have planned for their success
- Establishing a strong knowledge base of Phocas’ product offerings, becoming a recognised expert to the business, our clients and partners
- Mentoring our consultants from a technical, operational and commercial standpoint and be their escalation point
- Working with our customers and all of our internal teams to ensure the full customer lifecycle is a smooth experience
- Establishing working practices that allow for any size of client to enjoy a fully customised, scalable experience
