A day in the life:
The Head of CRM Centre of Excellence will be responsible to create and manage a robust repository of reusable templates, solutions, best practices, and delivery methodologies that will scale CRM delivery capability, adoption and embedding ongoing change management andsupport.
This role will focus on setting the global standard for the Salesforce platform and delivery governance, ensuring strategic alignment of solutions across PEXA Group to support a consistent user experience, accelerate time to business value delivery and lower platform development and maintenance costs for cost effective scaling.Key Accountabilities:
  • Act as the Salesforce SME within CRM Centre of Excellence and maintain knowledge of the Salesforce product stack
  • Establish platform governance structure and processes to manage delivery of the Salesforce roadmap and minimise execution risks across PEXA Group
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of reusable components, solutions, best practices, and delivery standards to drive business value for stakeholders and improve platform health
  • Ensure consistent architecture and greater reuse across PEXA Group to increase volume and velocity of delivery and maximise value from our investment
  • Understand priorities and align roadmaps and backlogs between business and technology stakeholders to iteratively remediate known issues and introduce new capabilities supporting faster go to market and reduce reliance on projects
  • Define and monitor key metrics that measure the health and effectiveness of the platform. Attach a success metric to product backlog items and review value of delivery.
  • Ensure platform stability and functionality is maintained throughout every build and deploy activity and remains functionally sound for all internal and external users
  • Ensure data quality and completeness across the platform to drive user adoption and confidence
Skills and Experience:
  • Sound understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud
  • Global CRM implementation experience in a complex environment
  • Strong ability to understand business problems and bridge with technology capabilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple streams of work with competing priorities
  • Familiarity with customer led projec
