BlueRock Finance is looking for someone who prides themselves on building and maintaining relationships, cemented by sound and proactive advice on all things finance.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain, develop and grow an existing client portfolio with recurring business and referrals from happy clients being the end goal.
• Manage both the residential and commercial lending application process from enquiry through to settlement.
• Staying organised via various online CRM software including Podium to keep track of client contact, enquiries and application status.
• Presenting lending strategies and other tailored advice to clients.
• Nurture and grow a network of both internal and external contacts, including collaborating with Directors / Leaders from other BlueRock divisions to develop relationships and further cement your referral base.
• Understand and operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislation, working through any compliance issues.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

• Have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Relationship Manager role.
• Have prior Private Banking industry experience is essential.
• Feel passionate about property, people and finance.
• Embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
