Working across our Project Management and Civil Estimating, you will gain work experience on a range of interesting projects that will allow you to use your tertiary learning in to business practice. You will be mentored and given the opportunities you need for career development.

Area’s that your Graduate year may cover:

  • Project, Program amp; Risk Management
  • Tender documentation and preparation
  • Cost estimating amp; Planning
  • Cost Reviews and Audits
  • Progress claim and variation assessments

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed candidates (2) that are currently studying or have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and that are motivated and driven to succeed in the industry with an interest in consulting. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, enjoys solving complex problems, has attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and has good communication skills.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering (Civil).
  • Bachelor's of Construction Management
  • Australian Working Rights
