The Position:
We are seeking Personal Care Assistants on a casual basis to join our care team at our Wellington Beach Aged Care Facility, in Old Beach - Tasmania.
The successful candidates will join our dynamic and supportive care team and will provide competent personal care, support and assistance to all residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.

Requirements
The successful candidates will have:
- A relevant qualification for the position, Certificate III Individual Support, or ability to aquire.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility for shift work.
To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
