About the role
Working as the leader of the Warehouse amp; Fulfilment team at our Brisbane Warehouse based in Banyo, you’ll have an intimate knowledge and interest in all facets of the warehouse including inventory control and staffing.
Your role centres on:
- Managing the daily operations of the Warehouse and Warehouse staff
- Overseeing the daily pick process to ensure orders are shipped accurately
- Managing stock receipt from overseas and domestic suppliers
- Coordinating the local and domestic freighting of product to customers
- Managing the flow of inventory through our ERP system with regular and accurate stock takes
- Attending to clients and delivery drivers upon arrival to the warehouse
- Lead the Warehouse WHS procedures
- Initiate and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Experience in leading a warehouse
- Previous experience with NetSuite is highly advantageous
- Numerate with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable using computers and computer systems
- Physically able, punctual, and reliable
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking on the phone
- A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others
- Forklift licence a must
