The Team

The Lyka pack is growing! We’re looking for a strong Performance and Digital Marketing professional to join our Marketing team. You will report to our Senior Performance Marketing Manager and work closely with our Creative, Product and Data teams to bring to life our paid media initiatives and drive user growth! You will be working with a cross-functional team of technically savvy and mission driven dog lovers that are ushering a new era in the pet wellness space. Sounds like a team you’d love to work for? The Role?

We are looking for a strong junior to mid-professional with 2 to 4 years of experience working with fast growing consumer startups and/or a digital marketing agency. You’ve ideally got experience managing paid media budgets, setting up campaigns, analysing, reviewing and presenting data and recommendations.

At Lyka, you’ll be able to leverage this experience to build your career in our broader Marketing team as you’ll be supported heavily by Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paige), our Head of Marketing (Ben) and our Creative Lead (Analise).

Requirements

What you will do

  • Setting up new campaigns and ads on a regular basis, aligned to industry-wide best practices
  • Analysing campaign performance and provide reports/insights to find growth opportunities including but not limited to ads, creatives, audiences, keywords and landing pages
  • Reviewing ad performance across Meta, TikTok, Display and YouTube on a daily amp; weekly cadence and work closely with the Creative team to produce new assets
  • Assisting in channel specific ad creative ideation, digital strategy and testing
  • Monitoring and optimising Meta, TikTok, Display and YouTube campaigns within budgets and KPIs
  • Running experiments across core platforms to identify opportunities and inefficiencies to improve ROI
  • Supporting the Senior Performance Marketing Manager on managing the Affiliate program
  • Liaising and communicating with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders about performance results and strategies
  • Ability to present data and insights in a digestible and effective manner to
  • Stay on top of industry trends and monitor competitor movements

Who you are

  • 2-3 years hands on experience managing Google Ads and Social campaigns (including Search, YouTube, Display, Meta, TikTok etc) and Native
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Analytics
  • Experience using Monday.com or other workforce management tools is desirable but not necessary
  • Experience in SQL /Tableau/ Sigma and other BI tools is desirable
  • Growth mindset and ability to be agile and flexible
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business, including the senior leadership team
  • Most importantly, a huge passion for dogs and Lyka’s mission
