We are a specialist advisor and consultancy for national property, construction, and infrastructure projects. We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme.

Our clients include State governments, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, contractors, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager interested in developing a career in supporting and leading major civil project delivery. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop advisory, technical and management skills across the full project life cycle.

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the design development of complex civil infrastructure projects.
  • Manage construction phase activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Assist with the development of delivery and construction strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage the engagement of specialist engineering, construction and commercial consultants.
  • Work closely with key clients through secondments and office roles.
  • contribute to the delivery of state and nationally significant projects
  • Developed core project management skills such as programming, cost management, reporting, preparation of monthly progress claims and cash flow projections.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, including identification and management of project risks.
  • Collaborate and work closely with our clients to achieve exceptional outcomes.

About you

We are looking for someone that can work collaboratively and deliver value with every interaction with the client, you will also have a

  • Have a Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and or project management.
  • Minimum 6 years' post-graduate experience in Rail, Roads or other Civil Infrastructure projects as a project manager.
  • Experience leading a project team.
  • An enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.
  • An interest in leading major projects within the Transport, Health and Energy.
  • A passion for infrastructure and the built environment.
  • Experience in working in the live construction environment.
  • Be able to work in a team, autonomously and proactively, and manage a small team of engineers and consultants across a variety of different disciplines.
  • Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A can-do attitude that focusses on solutions through innovative thinking.
