You will be an enthusiastic, aspiring Property Manager looking to partner with an established brand long term and gain industry knowledge from this collaborative team.

Working alongside a senior property manager, with a well-managed portfolio, you will build trust with clients and provide extensive communication to ensure they’re supported.

This position works Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) and with the occasional requirement for Saturday work.

Responsibilities will include the management of tenant communications and actions relating to:

• Maintenance
• Lease renewals
• Tenancy applications
• Move-ins
• Rent arrears
• Key management
• Scheduling of routines amp; completion

Your development will continue through working alongside a senior property manager witnessing:

• Preparation for QCAT where required
• KPI tracking
• Owner client communication

Requirements

You will bring:

• A can do-attitude with an eagerness to learn
• Technical competency and a passion for systems
• 12 months proven experience within property management
• An adaptable persona allowing you to work with diverse clientele
• An operational mindset, always seeking opportunities for the betterment of the team
• Real estate registration
• Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential
