We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a permanent full-time or permanent part-time basis at our Freemasons Home in Hobart, Tasmania. We have multiple positions available.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and supportive clinical team and will contribute to our strong focus on providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to residents. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and support to lower classified employees, provide competent clinical care, and complete comprehensive clinical documentation.
Requirements
What you can bring to the role:
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Currently enrolled and studying a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care;
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents;
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and
- Flexibility for shift work.
