What you'll do?
We are an ambitious, solutions-focused, and energetic group passionate about making a positive difference.
As a Store Manager, you'll play the most critical role in taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, leading and developing a team of rockstars and over-delivering on performance goals. Collaborating closely with the Operations team, you'll assist with in-store branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
You'll embrace our customers and work diligently to build relationships, quickly solve their problems and maintain our world-class customer journey.
Requirements
- 1-2 years+ of retail management experience
- Experience working in the cycling or last-mile delivery industries is highly desirable
- The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
- Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
- A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and managing budgets
- Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
- Experience in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment
- A passion for sustainabile tech
