We’ve grown a lot lately, so we are now looking for a Business Process Manager as part of the newly created BPM team to help us to establish a best-practice process system and then optimise and transform our processes, procedures and tools as well as ensure that systems are consistently implemented.
Your role:
- Establish a structured approach to process mapping and optimisation to enable better customer and business outcomes and improve efficiency
- Discover, analyse, measure and document current and future state processes to understand root causes of issues
- Contribute towards improved business process maturity by identifying and prioritising improvement projects
- Actively working with employees, leaders, customers, and other stakeholders to understand, measure, implement and changes to processes, roles, and operations
- Initiate, facilitate and recommend improvements creatively solving problems and considering innovative solutions
- Support the establishment of a culture that strives for a high level of business process maturity
Requirements
This is you:
- Strong understanding of business processes, delivery and mapping
- Demonstrated experience in managing process improvement projects and activities strong organisational and project management skills
- Project Management and/ or Change Management experience
- Significant experience in management system design, development, implementation, diagnosis, and process improvement
- Effective stakeholder engagement across a broad range of level
- Experience with process mapping tools
- Demonstrated ability to produce complete, accurate and appropriately detailed project documentation, registers, process timelines, process maps, procedural documentation etc.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge a plus
- Embraces a team culture, and committed to making a positive difference and impact in their role
