About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality and Process Improvement Specialist to join the team at Erskine Park, Eagle Farm or Altona.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement across all business units and functions
  • Directly manage selected improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with all AutoNexus teams to develop and embed improved capability in people, processes and systems
  • Facilitation of hands-on application of improvement methodologies (Lean)
  • Influence colleagues during projects and changes
  • Own the national Quality framework, interface with external bodies for audits and certifications, and be the champion of quality processes across the organisation
  • Own the AutoNexus complaint management system
  • Able to be located in Queensland, Melbourne or Sydney.

About You

To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Previous experience and proven track record of delivering improvement projects
  • Previous experience and track record of owning quality
  • Excellent process thinking
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience and/or certification will be highly regarded
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong people focussed leadership style
  • This is a national position, occasional travel will be required
