LEAP have recently undergone an exciting project to establish a fresh and consistent Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand to support the attraction of new and diverse talent and retention of current talent, whilst building brand awareness of LEAP in the market.
We’re looking for an Employer Brand Specialist who will help us to activate and embed our new employer brand internally and externally though content strategy, creation and delivery. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to make an impact on the strategic direction of our employer brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY TASKS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE)
- Work collaboratively with our internal teams and our trusted agency to bring the activation plan to life (including creating employer brand guidelines, coordinating photo shoots, creating assets to be used across various channels, and planning our internal launch event)
- Supercharge employer branding strategies by planning, creating, and distributing the stories of what it's like to work, play and innovate at LEAP (both internal and external)
- Owning internal comms (from strategy to execution)
- Be the custodian of our unique employer brand and execute on targeted marketing campaigns

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a similar role, particularly creating and delivering on internal communications strategy
- Employer brand experience
- Passionate about writing and demonstrates expert level written communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Team player and can work collaboratively with various stakeholders
