Requirements
At Cadmus, we’re doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Head of Product who is passionate about innovative learning solutions to lead our product team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our Head of Product will:
- Lead a high-performing global design, product and engineering team; building a world-class function
- Develop and implement a powerful product visionary and growth-focused global product strategy
- Ensure our customers and users continuously enormous experience value and impact from using our product
- Consistently optimise and efficiently manage departmental operating costs
- Champion our customers, users and product within our organisation, to our sector and the broader community
Professional Skills and Experience:
- You have 10+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, product development or product design
- You have 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
- You have expertise in technology, design and product; having worked in or managed these functions previously
- You have worked for a global market-leading education technology provider
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing global product strategies successfully
- You have successfully built and managed a team of high-performers across multiple time zones
- You are well-educated, holding a bachelor's degree from a leading university
