Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating staff and production and the coordination of the installation of the products across sites in NSW. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and experience in the manufacturing or construction industries.


Who is Quicksew

Quicksew are specialist manufacturers and suppliers of furnishing solutions to the Healthcare amp; Aged Care Fitout market in NSW with a manufacturing hub in Bathurst.


About the role

  • Working with a supportive and experienced team
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received
  • Order all materials required to complete projects
  • Use of MYOB Accounting systems
  • Use of CRM System - Hubspot
  • Maintain awareness of materials in the factory and/or storage
  • Factory Scheduling
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding products, and follow up on delivery dates and supply issues
  • Process and check supplier invoices ready for payment
  • Prepare factory job cards and calculate the quantity of materials needed
  • Organise Installations and maintain install calendar
  • Meet with Operations Manager to plan, review installation, and production schedules.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process and adjust schedules as required
  • Organise the logistics of furniture delivery and installation
  • Prepare dispatch and project sign-off paperwork
  • Monday to Friday with no weekend work


Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 3-years’ experience as an Operations Coordinator
  • Good communication skills
  • An ability to meet tight deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strong knowledge of the business process
