We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Loan Processor to join our non-traditional, entrepreneurial advisory firm. If you pride yourself on handling a thorough, detailed end-to-end loan process, this is the role for you!

You will be mentored and supported by the leader of the finance division, who will help you along the way to be proactive about your career progression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking full ownership for loan applications from submission to settlement
• Accurately inputting and checking data
• Completing lender forms and online applications
• Processing and submitting home loan applications
• Maintaining regular and open communication with our Mortgage Broker throughout the loan process
• Ensuring customer and broker satisfaction throughout the loan process
• Being up-to-date with lender process and policies
• Processing FHOG, Deposit Bond, Pricing, Valuation
• Following up lenders and solicitors for settlement of applications
• Adhering to various legal, compliance, and customer service standards

BlueRock Finance is a close-knit team experiencing an exciting growth phase! We are part of an entrepreneurial advisory firm with substantial accounting, law, wealth management, insurance and digital teams that provide holistic advice to its SME client base.

As part of a modern multi-disciplinary professional services firm, you will be collaborating with a variety of experienced accountants, financial planners and investment experts. Day to day support is provided by an executive leadership team and its corporate services staff as part of a dynamic, fun Melbourne CBD office that includes a number of co-located clients.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

• 3+ years experience in a loan processing or loan administration
• Effective communication skills to develop key relationships with team members and clients
• Passion and willingness to provide a smooth and detailed loan process for clients
• Ability to be proactive and seek out the correct information for clients and lenders
