Reporting to the Chief People Officer, our People and Culture Business Partner provides advice, support and guidance in all aspects of the people lifecycle on a broad range of HR matters.

The People and Culture Business Partner provides a high-level business partnering service to the leadership team and employees within their allocated portfolio on a broad range of People and Culture related matters. These include, but are not limited to, the management of performance and employee relations, change management, workforce planning, training and development, employee experience initiatives, workplace health and safety and injury management.
Whilst this role is predominantly working from home there will be some travel be required to homes based in Victoria as required.
