As a hands on role, you will thrive working at pace and being a key influencer in the optimisation of the TA systems, processes and projects.

Here's what you will be doing:
- Managing the Talent Acquisition process from end to end (Around 20+ open positions) sourcing, writing job ads, Phone interviews, Teams online and Face to Face interviews, administration and coordination.
- Building excellent partnering relationships across the business - working closely with the hiring managers to scope requirements and identify the best talent in the market.
- Building talent pipelines.
- Social media EVP campaigns.
- Ensuring the TA processes are smooth and effective for the business.
- Ensuring all candidates have a great people experience with CT.
- Producing the Employment Contracts.
- Managing the TA system - Workable.
- Administration of BambooHR, the HR system.
- Meeting Talent Acquisition metrics.
- Living the Values and the demonstrating the EVP.
- Attending networking events - representing the CT brand.
- Being part of an awesome People and Culture team with a real career path into Pamp;C!
Here's what you bring to us:
- An introduction to end to end recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
- Ideally some knowledge of IT companies but not essential
- Knowledge of brand and sourcing strategies
- An adaptable style - ability to pick up systems and processes, and offer ideas where you have them
- Collaborative approach - you like working in a team - there will be some TA support - and also capability to work independently
- A learning mindset
- HR and TA systems knowledge
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
