The Position:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager for our newly acquired 115-bed residential aged care home - Lyrebird Village in Drouin, Victoria. This opportunity requires an experienced Aged Care Manager who is also a Registered Nurse.

The successful candidate will be well supported by Respect’s corporate services team of specialists including clinical, finance, people and culture, procurement, and quality.

Requirements

What you can bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated managerial experience in the aged care sector.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
  • Highly developed leadership, communication and change management skills.
  • The ability to relate to the elderly.
  • A pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
