ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and competent Team Assistant to work from our North Sydney office in a varied and diverse role, helping with the organisation and smooth-running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

You will help organise events, day to day logistics, operations and aesthetics for the office and assist the Sydney Office with planning, bookings, purchases, maintaining office supplies, and travel bookings.

ABOUT YOU

You should be a friendly professional able to handle multiple ongoing tasks concurrently. You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. You will demonstrate the following:

gt; Excellent organisational and time management skills

gt; Apply practical solutions to everyday problems

gt; Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

gt; Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team

gt; Attention to detail with financial and sales administration tasks

gt; Previous experience in a relevant team/office/admin type role would be beneficial

gt; Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerBI preferred
