Easygo is a well-established tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape. Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks. The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 140+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.


What you will do

Our finance team is on a rapid growth journey and as a result we are currently looking for a Group FPamp;A Manager to join us. Your focus will be on delivery and will include owning end to end critical processes such as data streaming, reporting, forecasting, and internal control.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of Group planning and reporting, and will work closely with executive stakeholders and business leads to provide insightful analysis.

As we continue to streamline our current processes you will also have the opportunity to implement new systems and extensions to better enable us to integrate our information streams to ensure efficiency across all areas of our business.


Who we are looking for:

You are comfortable working across multiple entities with diverse operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role requires a hands-on approach with experience of developing Group models and liaising with exec teams across the group.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of a suite of management reporting information that meets the needs of the reporting and decision making
  • Implement processes, procedures and systems to connect various information sources to ensure a robust and sustainable management reporting infrastructure
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with planning activities, and deliver accurate financial forecasts that links to the Corporate Strategy
  • Implement and review processes, procedures and systems to ensure they support good financial practice and control environment
  • Facilitate and support the delivery of cost reduction activities and strategy
  • Assist in the development, implementation and management of an Integrated Business Planning Calendar to ensure all business lines planning cycles align
  • Consolidate results and provide commercial insights and visibility into trading performance
  • Meet business performance reporting requirements set out by Regional and Global offices
  • Performance tracking and review with heads of business lines
  • Deep dive reporting and development of new tools to provide insights and trends
  • Build relationships across Group Finance and Business Line finance team to facilitate open and timely communication
  • Assists with relevant audit and business risk management initiatives as required
  • Ad-hoc requests as required

Requirements

You’re perfect for this role if
  • CA/CPA
  • 5-7 years expense in similar roles within finance team of large group
  • Logical thinker, Good at multitasking, Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Love to get hands dirty and sort the problem in person
  • Highly ethical
It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):
  • Sports amp; Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Data analysis and system management experience is desired
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable amp; Intercom
  • Australian work rights are preferred
