About the role
We are searching for a Marine Biologist to join the Cruise Whitsundays team on a permanent full-time basis. Offering a unique lifestyle roster, working 4 days one week and 3 the next where you never work a full weekend! We want you to be a brand ambassador of the incredible experiences we bring to life and the environment in which we operate.
You will have the rewarding responsibility of providing Marine Education which enhances the guest experience on board our Great Barrier Reef Adventure. In addition you will perform ongoing Marine Research to support conversation and environmental responsibility.

The ideal candidate will show enthusiasm for imparting knowledge of Marine Biology onto guests and other crew. You will be a team player with a demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude, be comfortable working on water, and always deliver high-quality professional customer service whilst being a proud of ambassador of Cruise Whitsundays and The Great Barrier Reef.
