Job Description

We’re looking for a new Senior HSE Advisor Systems to join our North Sydney based Safety Team. Reporting to the Head of Health amp; Safety, you’ll have a wide remit including management of the GWA safety management system (Safety One), MyOSH and our supporting sytems; managing the design and delivery of safety projects; and supporting our operational leaders in the implementation of our safety program. About you

Safety is at the heart of everything we do at GWA, and as such you’ll be an experienced practitioner who has worked as an HSE/Q Advisor for around five years, plus hold a Diploma in WHamp;S and Internal Lead Auditor qualifications (ISO 45001, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001).

Not only will you be able to effectively interpret, draw conclusions and make decisions based on numerical information, you’ll have developed the skills to investigate and solve management issues which you’ll use to influence at all levels of our organisation. With a solid foundation of credibility, professionalism, and integrity you will be able to build effective relationships across our business which further develop the culture of safety within our teams.
