Fronditha Care are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our facilitiy at Clayton on a Full Time basis as our front of house Reception and Admin Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can make a real difference.
About the Role
In this role you will be supporting the Manager Residential Care, Support Services Coordinator, Employees, Care Recipients, Families, Representatives and Visitors to the Facility.
Day to Day
- Ensure all invoices are recorded and forwarded to the Manager Residential Care.
- Ensure payroll is processed on a fortnightly basis, and all timesheets are processed, meet payroll deadlines and forwarded to the Manager for approval.
- Obtain quotes for goods/services and make recommendations as required.
- Collate statistics as directed by the Support Services Coordinator/Manager of Residential Care.
- Adhere to Accreditation requirements as directed by the Support Services Coordinator.
- Assist the Leisure amp; Lifestyle Coordinator in organising the Care Recipient activities.
- Organise distribution of incoming mail for staff and Care Recipients.
- Support Manager Residential Care by screening telephone calls, organising appointments etc.
- Under direction of the Support Services Coordinator and in consultation with the Manager Residential Care establish weekly rosters and ensuring staff that are away are replaced.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures through the continuous improvement process.
- Report daily and/or weekly to the Support Services Coordinator and Manager on key issues and events occurring in the Facility.
- Develop good public relations with the community, relatives and friends, statutory authorities and key service deliverers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent word processing skills, preferably Microsoft Word for Windows and Excel.
- Secretarial and administrative experience, word processing experience in Microsoft Word and Excel spreadsheet.
- Aged Care, child care or not for profit experience is also desirable
- Ability to plan and organise work and set priorities.
- Clear, concise, professional, calm and friendly communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination as per Government mandate and Fronditha Care Policy
- Greek language is highly desirable
