Place Coorparoo is excited about the opportunity for a Business Development Manager amp; Leasing Agent to join their passionate team and be an integral part of the continuous growth of Place.
Your key focus is to actively prospect and gain new business for the Property Management portfolio. Through prospecting and referrals, you will be well remunerated to prepare, present, and sell the Property Management services from Place to potential clients. You will also drive the leasing activity of the newly signed managements including client management, tenant selection and property advertising.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively prospecting for new business opportunities thus building deep client relationships
- Answering client and applicant enquiries, ensuring timely communication via phone, email or face-to-face.
- Completing rental market appraisals to clients and Sales Agents.
- Scheduling and carrying out public / private inspections:
- Prepare leasing contracts and associated documentation to ensure a seamless handover
- Achieving monthly KPI’s including regular lead reporting.
Requirements
- Current experience working as a BDM, within leasing or a sales associate that is looking to put their skillset towards the rentals market!
- Strong knowledge and confidence in property management legislation.
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills.
- Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and QLD Driver’s license.
