About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team in a newly created role. You will be responsible for the operational support of our end-to-end employee lifecycle. You will assume the role of Workday lead ensuring data integrity and input is seamless for local and global requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of human resources data is timely and accurate using Workday as the HRIS for Aliaxis
- Ensure HR policies, processes, comply with legislative and global / regional requirements and are reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
- Responsible for the employee lifecycle including, Contract generation amp; maintenance, termination and exit processes, including exit survey management amp; reporting
- Act as liaison with payroll to ensure WD and ADP integrations result in correct payments
- Support line leaders with Workday request and training and follow up on queries, act as liaison with Global Workday team
- Participate in the APAC HR Team community and collaborate and support HR community as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will take pride in the way you achieve results and will possess:
- Previous relevant experience in HR lifecycle ownership.
- Specialised skills / experience in HRIS and data management and analytics
- Degree qualified in Business / Human Resources or a related discipline advantageous
- Experience in a fast moving business will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Customer focused with ability to prioritize
- Comfortable working in a matrix structure
