Job Description
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Managers for a full time, permanent position based at our Elizabeth East campus. Under the direction of the Executive Principal and Campus Principals, The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for project works and the operation of all property and maintenance matters within the college. This includes general care of all grounds and facilities as well as day to day property and equipment maintenance including vehicles. The Maintenance Manager will ensure all duties relevant to maintenance will be compliant and within regulatory requirements, with close attention to Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma of Building and Construction or another relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- The ability to effectively lead a team of maintenance officers.
- Organisation and attention to detail.
- Time management and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Initiative and resourcefulness.
- Effective decision making skills within a level of authority.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
- A commitment to the mission and vision of the College.
- Working with Children Check.
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) Training Certificate.

Salary Range: $73,394.56 - $88,247.86
