An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, results orientated leader to join our Kippa-Ring leadership team as Service Manager. Working across 3 high performing and recognised brands - Subaru, Kia and Isuzu Ute we are looking for a high performing and business savvy leader who wants to work closely with the service team to drive a high level of performance and take the business to the next level.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in leading teams in workshop efficiency and productivity as well as stand out customer service. You will be solutions orientated, have strong leadership skills and be able to create a high performing culture through clear expectation setting and management as well as mentoring and coaching.
