First and foremost, they lead amazing services. They ensure that our offering is made with speed and quality each and every time. They oversee the recruitment, training and development of their staff all while managing kitchen labour and cost of goods.

Requirements
Leading from the front, running top-notch shifts
Recruiting, training, and building your own team of superstars
Overseeing COGs management
Managing performance through performance reviews, feedback and coaching
Experience with writing kitchen rosters
Sound understanding of Food Safety
OTHER THINGS WE LOOK FOR:
Experience At least 2 years’ working in kitchens with experience in a leadership role
Location Must have full working rights in Australia and be less than 1-hour commute from the restaurant you are applying for.
