At Marley Spoon we believe in the talent vision ‘When you grow, we grow’. We aim to deliver continuous support to our internal teams in order to develop and strengthen our leaders. We’ve grown a lot lately, so the People amp; Culture department is now looking for a hands-on Learning and Development Projects Coordinator to help with the delivery of Lamp;D and Talent projects.
Your Role:
- Participating, sourcing and maintaining suitable content for our trainings
- Working closely with the People amp; Culture team to identify training needs in each locations
- Assisting People Operations Managers in training delivery
- Being responsible for planning training initiatives and maintaining our training database
- Providing reports on a monthly basis outlining delivered and planned training activities
- Working with project leads on key global Lamp;D projects and overall Lamp;D projects administration
- Collaborating with counterparts in other regions (EU and US) and exchanging ideas
- Contributing to building a learning culture at Marley Spoon Australia
Requirements
This is you:
- Independent, self-driven with the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
- Passionate about learning and development
- Problem solver by nature, seeing opportunities instead of problems
- Minimum experience of 2 years working with employee Learning amp; Development (Lamp;D)
- Experience in program/project experience is a plus
- Confidence with Google Analytics and G-suite products
- Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborator who works well across teams and functions, with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Embraces a team culture, and committed to making a positive difference and impact in their role
