Role purpose and overview
As an Australia-based Content Producer, your role will cover digital content production across various desks and homepage production, with some responsibility for social media for The Telegraph overnight, UK time.
You’ll liaise closely with our US-based Overnight Editor but you should be comfortable making editing decisions independently.
This is a busy, varied role where the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is key.
The role will work day shifts in Australian time-zones to accommodate the desired coverage (usually 10.30pm to 6.30am, 11pm to 7am or 12am to 8am UK time) and will include weekend shifts on a rota basis.
Please note: the role is officially employed by PA Media in Australia but day-to-day responsibility and tasks are assigned by The Telegraph.
