This is a role for a exceptionally customer driven individual. You will be greeting guests with genuine warmth, making customers feel comfortable, as well as ensuring the maintenance of the customer lounge area and Service centre front desk.
You will be answering all calls into the service centre and managing the service desk administration which will include booking in customer's services. You will need a sharp eye for detail in ensuring everything is spotless and in its place, that the service desk runs smoothly and our customers experience exceptional service every time. This will include ensuring booking schedules maximise efficiency and make sure customers are well informed and up to date on any matters relating to their vehicle.
With your previous experience in a concierge/administration role and your passion for customer excellence you will have the foundations for success. Preferably having had experience within automotive specially within the Sales Centre you will use your knowledge to ensure the efficiency of the service desk for maximum customer experience.
