We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to develop close partnerships with our clients to help them successfully implement Bloum and achieve our joint objectives of unlocking the potential of every student.

The successful applicant will need to be able to travel to our school sites and will be able to negotiate working from our HQ in Coburg and/or from home in line with our flexible working policy. This role is a full-time ongoing/1 year contract. A part-time fraction could be available by negotiation.
All our team members are expected to obtain and maintain a valid Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
