At Bloum, we are passionate about helping schools support every student’s growth with our integrated learning and wellbeing platform. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to develop close partnerships with our clients to help them successfully implement Bloum and achieve our joint objectives of unlocking the potential of every student.

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders at our client schools, and proactively identifying and suggesting opportunities to improve the implementation of Bloum.
  • Assisting with the seamless onboarding of new client schools to Bloum, including working with them to understand their school structure and ongoing goals.
  • Developing and maintaining training materials including an online knowledge base, large or small group presentations, and product update guides.
  • Working closely with the Head of Bloum, marketing, and product development teams to assist with prioritising product updates based on customer feedback.

Here’s what you will come to us with:


  • Experience in the education industry (preferably as a teacher and/or school leader), or an understanding of pedagogy, assessment, and school data through a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to train teachers and school leaders.
  • Understanding of how schools use LMSs and SMS/SISs.
  • An ability to work independently and collaborate with others as needed.
  • High level of data literacy, to be able to interpret the information that Bloum produces



We will also consider an applicant for a part-time position for this role.

The successful applicant will need to be able to travel to our school sites and will be able to negotiate working from our HQ in Coburg and/or from home in line with our flexible working policy. This role is a full-time ongoing/1 year contract. A part-time fraction could be available by negotiation.

All our team members are expected to obtain and maintain a valid Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
