Initially for a 3 month period with the potential to go permanent, this is a full time position based in Darwin, NT, focusing on the maintenance and repairs of a fleet of Mercedes Benz coaches. This will include general servicing, minor auto electrical repairs and other facets of work to keep the fleet in peak condition.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Heavy Vehicle Road Transport Repairers trade qualification or equivalent
- An Air Conditioning Repair Licence
- HR Vehicle Licence
- Sound knowledge of electronics and audio visual
- High attention to detail to ensure the best experiences and safety for both drivers and guests
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a larger team
- Capability to perform the occasional computer-based task, using the company fleet management system and record-keeping tools
- Forklift ticket is preferred but not essential
