Job Description
Our Consulting amp; Advisory practice is comprised of members across Melbourne and Sydney. All of whom are passionate about digitally transforming our customers to enable them to work anytime, anywhere with secure access to all applications, services and resources across all devices.
The practice comprises of a mix of general IT consultants (Associate Consultants, Consultants amp; Senior Consultants), Consulting Architects and People, Process and Change specialists (including Business Analysts).
Each region depending on number and type of resources has a requirement for a Manager Consulting Delivery function to manage and lead the delivery team on a day to day basis.
Some key deliverables include:
- Camp;A Sales Opportunity Review
- Forward Load and Backlog Management
- Team leadership, management, mentorship and development
- Strategy and Resource planning
Requirements
You will be capable and confident having your success measured through:
- Performance of the Delivery and Personal revenue
- Contribution of the region to downstream LAUS revenue
- Ongoing hygiene of CRM and Forward Load planning tools
- Development and growth of the regional team in terms of capabilities and headcount
