A day in the life:
Through the PEXA Academy, you will support the design of capability solutions and deliver key strategic projects to uplift capability across PEXA. The role will work closely with the business and the HRBP’s to understand the capability needs of PEXA and play a key thought leadership and influencing role to drive the strategic capability agenda, as well as execute the plan.Key Accountabilities- Design and deliver key programs that provide meaningful growth and development for our PEXArians, and ultimately uplift the capability of our organization
- Building out the curriculum for the PEXA Academy with an immediate priority to establish Technology amp; Insights learning pathways
- Evolving our Graduate and Internship programs to attract top-calibre graduates and build a pipeline of entry-level talent
- Design, deliver, lead and launch a range of innovative future focussed Lamp;D initiatives for the organisation across all employee areas and levels
- Viewed as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor with all stakeholders
- Help to deliver on our Diversity amp; Inclusion objectives as they are defined through the strategy.
- Build communities of practice and a range of innovative forums for learning and sharing of knowledge
- Contributes effectively to identifying new areas of capability improvement within the organisation
Skills and Experience - Proven experience building and delivering effective talent and graduate programs in progressive technology organisations
- Experience in the delivery of a range of training and learning programmes
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing change
- Uses data and insights to inform solutions and recommendations
