What is the opportunity?
An opportunity has arisen for a Web Manager to join the team in Norwest. This role is responsible for supporting the growth and development of peugeot.com.au , citroen.com.au and partner websites to increase our online capability and conversion opportunity. The aim is to extend the online experience in-store to create a connected and seamless digital experience for customers by applying best practice through SEO and CRO to improve digital performance.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Strategically partner with CRM, Media and Brand teams to create a unified customer experience across all channels Support and develop dealer web capabilities while helping them grow through the digital and advertising standards
- Manage the day to day maintenance, content updates and development workloads associated with Peugeot.com.au and related web assets
- Manage website performance Measurement and evaluate the customer experience metrics based on UX/UI optimisation
- Measure and evaluate technical performance metrics
- Budget management
