About the role
We are seeking an innovative and future focused Finance Business Partner who enjoys analysing data, reporting and communicating with the business managers to join the finance team.
The role will see you reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst where you will apply your skills and experience where you’ll play an integral role in providing FPamp;A support to the wider group, in a highly diverse and dynamic team environment.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with sound experience in budget and forecasting to have key inputs into the day-to-day operations with the wider company. You will need the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment and be rewarded with some great commercial exposure to our growing business!

What you will do
- Supporting long term strategic planning, annual budgeting, quarterly and live forecasting process.
- Contribute to and create financial models, reports that can generate business insight through analysis of data. Understands business levers, provides insights that drive decisions
- Reviewing key movements in performance and liaising with your key business partners to understand and explain key trends in business performance.
- Assisting with the collation of internal reporting packs across wider business
- Working across the business, develop, continuously improve, and automate report production using a variety of reporting tools and data sources
- Driving process improvement through the above activities by identifying potential efficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Who we’re looking for
- Formal qualifications in business/accounting/finance/analytics essential (e.g., Tertiary degree or equivalent completed)
- CA/CPA Completed or nearing completion
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Solutions-driven and analytical thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret financial results, identify trends amp; add value through commentary
- Ability to think through and solve complex problems
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and develop and maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage professionally and communicate at all levels of the business
- Basic knowledge/experience using BI platforms e.g Microsoft Power BI, SQL; interactive dashboards
- A passion for sport and a keen interest in the wagering industry (desirbable)
