Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a high-caliber, experienced, proven B2B SaaS revenue leader to serve as our APAC Region Director. Reporting directly to Performio’s CRO, you will be responsible for retaining and growing the region’s revenue across existing and new customer business leveraging our SaaS based ICM platform and services. It is expected you will build a regional plan for the development and execution of new customer revenue at companies in our top vertical industries across APAC greater than 1000 employees, while segmenting those prospective accounts and driving campaigns to generate awareness and new pipeline for Performio’s products and services using your marketing and BDR team, as well as your own personal network and prospecting efforts. You will also work with customer success and professional services to drive success with our 30+ regional customers, retaining the existing revenue streams while providing the vision and value-selling skills to up-sell and cross-sell into new revenue opportunities and grow our customer base substantially. You will be supported throughout the sales cycle by our established team of sales engineers, professional services consultants, product and technology experts, as well as various levels of senior leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the sales process from qualification and discovery through solution mapping, proposal generation, negotiation and close.
  • Understand clients needs, goals and objectives to demonstrate Peformio’s unique capabilities and effectively communicate our differentiated value proposition to each prospective client.
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers and Professional Services to create custom demos and thoroughly scope our product solution and implementation effort necessary to make our new and existing customers successful.
  • Build strong internal relationships with the various teams that will support you during the sales cycle and into the long term partnership with customers you bring onboard.
  • Ensure proper paperwork with all new and existing sales (Order Forms, Statements of Work, Master Agreements, etc.)
  • Provide field intelligence on marketplace trends and competitive activity to the marketing team. Maintain up-to-date account, contact, activity and opportunity information for your assigned territory of accounts in Salesforce.
  • Work with both services and product related partners who are complementary to our ICM platform to generate and close Performio ARR.
  • Be responsive to requests from internal and external parties.
  • Maintain a proactive approach and act with initiative but ask when in doubt.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with your global teammates; build a strong culture internally and work hard to continue to learn and develop as a revenue professional and a thought leader in incentive compensation and the Performio product.
