Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Industrial projects over $100m.
These are complex, sophisticated projects, with high levels of automation technology, building size and functionality.
Located in our Melbourne office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing scoping of works, design and early works stages.
- Managing the tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing the construction/delivery of industrial projects.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side or Construction Project Manager, ideally with Industrial project experience. Building experience will be considered, however Client-Side experience is preferred.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to see ‘the big picture’ on complex, technical projects.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with construction contracts and the delivery phase of Industrial projects.
- A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
