This is a business to business sales role. The focus of the role is developing new business opportunities for our disruptive HR/Fintech platform. You will be selling within the SME and Mid-market space and speaking to C-Level Executives.
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing their individual portfolio sales strategy within the Business Development Team’s wider strategy. In this role you will utilise warm leads from the marketing and Inbound SDR team and Outbound SDR team to pitch, demo, present, and win new business.
Lead generation has a hybrid model with a 70/30 split between your calendar already filled from our energetic SDRs and self-generated opportunities through prospecting, networking and developing strategic partnerships. Key to success in this role will be proven consultative sales and client-service ability, self-management skills, communication skills, influence and persuasion skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role also requires tenacity in utilising closing skills to drive results. It requires a willingness and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a collaborative and consultative fashion; liaising with everyone in both the sales team and organisation.
This is a full-time role and will be based from our Sydney Hub Office at 441 Kent Street, with the ability to be flexible and work from home.
