Due to our ongoing growth internationally, we are looking to hire a Senior Implementation Manager to join our professional services team and support the implementation of our products in the APAC region.
Reporting to the Head of Client Transformation, the Senior Implementation Manager will help our clients right from the exploration phase through to the transition into BAU.
Your day to day - Senior Implementation Manager
- Plan, develop and manage multiple projects at once, overseeing more than 2-3 medium size to large projects, as well as a number of smaller initiatives
- Working with clients to establish and develop business and data requirements, including running workshop
- Delivering emerging functional and technical solutions to a predictable delivery schedule
- Identify and manage project RAID logs with client consultation
- Manage and track project effort and budget performance with a firm grip on scope
Requirements
Do you have what it takes?
- You will have a strong track record of 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Implementation Manager on implementation projects for suppliers in the financial services industry, with experience across the full lifecycle including requirements and technical team activity management.
- Demonstrated success in complex product implementation tied to data integration with SAAS or on-premise applications
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative breakthrough strategies to achieve delivery and client outcomes, with a strong understanding of technology.
