We are looking for our next Customer Service Officer to join our Team.
At BagTrans we are searching for a Customer Service Officer for our Brooklyn depot based in VIC.
Why the role exists:
The purpose of the customer service is to provide quality on-time support to our Allocation and Operations teams including our vast customer base!
The customer service officer is responsible for the booking of all time slotted customers, data entry and manual processing of a variety of documentation and may be required to perform several other duties as in accordance with work priorities.
Your ability to build strong relationships with drivers and customers both internally and externally will be a critical part of the role.
You will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to immediately problem solve in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with conflicting responsibilities where timeslot deliveries and pickups are critical to business success.
