Job Description

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a driven, customer centric candidate to find their happy Place! Our Graceville location is looking for a customer care team member to support their front of house operations and provide 5-star service to all external and internal clients. You will need to be efficient with your time and be able to prioritise your workload during busy periods.

Although real estate experience would be advantageous, previous experience working on reception with impeccable phone manner is required. The successful candidate will have a bubbly, welcoming personality and strive to go above and beyond to continuously improve the customer experience.

Role amp; Responsibilities

  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
  • Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
  • Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;
  • Support both sales and property management teams in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
  • Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6-12 months previous experience in administration or reception;
  • Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software (REX) advantageous;
  • Have the ability to manage multiple high-pressure situations with ease;
  • Professional presentation; and
  • The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
