What’s the opportunity?

We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Subaru Bundoora. This role will work alongside our Sales Manager to ensure our sales team is motivated and driven to deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve monthly targets.

What will the role be accountable for?

• Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction as reflected in customer feedback, Google reviews, NPS and reputation scores, including:
  • Resolving customer issues to ensure we provide an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Assisting customers whenever necessary, including selling directly to customers and following all sales processes
  • Ensuring product quality, presentation, and availability
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to provide leadership and direction, including:
  • Ensuring the sales team are engaged, motivated, and supported to achieve monthly targets
  • Providing quality and continuous training and development for the sales team
  • Organising staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensuring that all company policies and processes are followed by all team members on site, including health, safety, and security

• Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent
