About the Role
Position Overview
The Community Rehabilitation Support Worker (CRSW) provides direct practical support to consumers residing at KMHSS. The CRSW works within Neami’s recovery framework to help consumers to identify their goals, develop wellness strategies and improve independent living skills
This position is specifically for overnight work in which there is an active (awake) and passive (sleep) component of the work. Community Rehabilitation and Support Workers at Neami National function within a collaborative team approach practice and access comprehensive training and development.
