The Business
Darwin Harbour Cruises operates the Charles Darwin a three-tier catamaran, boasting a Sun Deck that’s perfect for watching the spectacular setting sun or enjoying the fresh sea breeze. We pride ourselves in showing our guests what true Territory hospitality is all about!
The Nuts and Bolts
This is not your ordinary Vessel Master position, we need a leader, who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and keen to mentor our crew.
Your primary job is the safe and efficient operation of our fleet through the maintenance of the safety management system and vessel permit requirements, ensuring outstanding crew performance and, importantly, that each guest has an experience of a lifetime!
Together with your team, you will share special places and create lasting memories.
The Not Negotiables
To be successful in this role, you will:
- hold a Master Class 4 (minimum), MED 3 (minimum)
- have experience leading a small crew
- have experience and or a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Hold a RSA and a Senior First Aid certificate - can help you with this one!
