IntelliSense.io is rapidly expanding in Australia and we are looking for a talented Mining Engineer who is passionate about optimizing mining and plant operations through our software solutions. This is an exceptional role to make a difference in your industry and bring digital transformation to the mining sector worldwide.

As Mining Engineer you will act as a project manager to ensure the successful implementation and continued value delivery of our cutting edge AI-powered SaaS products into the Mining and Metals Industry. You will use your background in mining, metallurgy, geology or mechanical engineering to understand our clients' work, their requirements, and how our products can add value to their operations. Working closely with our Product Team amp; the Clients' Team, you will execute implementations and upgrades to client sites and will have ultimate responsibility for successful implementations and happy clients.

The role requires a dynamic person with a combination of technical expertise and a focus on enabling users to make the most of advanced technology. It requires someone who establishes credibility, trust, and leadership with multidisciplinary teams and who is able to anticipate problems and work across roles and teams to plan and execute proactive solutions.

What you will be responsible for

• Product Implementation. Responsible for achieving user acceptance of our products on sites, from implementation kick-off to system acceptance. Lead user and site requirements discovery, user amp; champion engagement, solution deployment, and acceptance of our advanced AI products to the client.
• Customer Success. Responsible for ongoing value delivery leading to client renewals and upsell, achieved through continued collaboration with the client and the IntelliSense.io product team.
• Be the lead in understanding site and user KPIs, requirements, and how our solution will make a step-change impact.
• Map As Is user processes and design, adapt, and implement To Be processes to take full advantage of our products.
• Specify the Product Configuration and lead deployment of it.
• Lead client engagements, presentations and User Acceptance testing to deliver results and elicit feedback.
• Lead user onboarding and training at operational and management levels.
• Marshall the interdisciplinary IntelliSense.io team to ensure that commitments to clients are met across the customer lifecycle.
• Be responsible for Client and User health - monitoring, analysis and proactive action planning to maximize our products value delivery and client satisfaction, leading to 100% renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Elicit client feedback and work with the IntelliSense.io Product Teams to ensure that client feedback and requirements are integrated into our software development life cycle to keep our products best in class.
• Be the point person on feature priorities to make the customer successful, give feedback to our Product Team and scope product improvements (10%)
• Any additional work identified as necessary for the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, able to nurture and develop relationships at all levels internally and with external stakeholders. You will be a natural collaborator who strives to deliver high quality results, and who is focused on team success.

Additionally, you will require the following:

• Bachelor Degree in a STEM subject
• Experience in digitalization in the mining, energy, or industrial sectors
• Proven track record in working with mining or plant processes and undertaking optimisation projects
• Able to develop working relationships with customers from operators to senior managers
• Able to work in a multidisciplinary environment with operations people, data scientists, software engineers, etc.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of impact of AI, cloud, and IOT technologies on the Industria
